Sure, you’ve seen the micro-scale houses, but what about micro-scale trucks? That’s Robiwan_Kenobi’s specialty, he even has a project up on LEGO ® CUUSOO.

“Often I get inspired by the LEGO parts itself. So the parts control the design process,” says Robiwan.  “This results in creations that I wouldn't design with a pencil and a sheet of paper. “

When it comes to designing in general, Robiwan has all his bases covered. He has studied industrial design and loves the creative freedom LEGO bricks provide.

Unlike many AFOLs (adult fan of LEGO), Robiwan never had a “dark ages”, in which gave up building. Instead, he moved from building castles as a kid to building LEGO TECHNIC creations in his teens. When he discovered the AFOL community in 2009, he knew he had found his home. His favorite category to browse on ReBrick now is Space & Sci-Fi (with a username like Robiwan Kenobi, is that any surprise?).
