After a short break from the regular Most Popular Bookmarks of the Week blog entries, (to give attention to the Building Competition) we’re back!

You probably know that some builds can be timeless, and continue to inspire for months or even years after they’ve been created. Others are relevant and timely, built for a specific upcoming event. This week, we bring highlight both types of builds to together the old and the new.

It’s nice to see an older bookmark resurface again as newer members take notice of it!  Although this bookmark was submitted back in January, it continues to attract views today. This could be because it features not one MOC but 20, showcased in an article by WebUrbanist. If you love steampunk, this is not a bookmark you want to miss!

ReBrick’ers are ready for the London Olympics! This MOC was created for the LUG Showcase in the Stratford LEGO store in England, and it definitely requires a closer look. How often do you get to see inside an Olympic pool? What about one made out of bricks?  If you’re in the Stratford area, be sure to check this build out in person.
