Things are changing on ReBrick – Starting today, you’ll notice a few differences when it comes to bookmarking.

Say Buh-Bye to Favorites
It’s no longer possible to add a bookmark to your Favorites. Instead the bookmark will be added to your “My Bookmarks”. If you want to save an inspiring creation in your stash you simply push “Add to my Bookmarks” on the right hand side of the image (it’s right where “Add to Favorites” used to be).

If It’s Already Bookmarked, It Goes in Your Stash
When you try to submit a link to ReBrick that already has been bookmarked by another user, you currently get a pop up saying the bookmark has already been added, and offering a link to where to find it. With this new change, the bookmark will automatically be added to your stash of bookmarks. You find the added bookmark in “My Bookmark” on your profile page.

So, How Will this Affect Me?
Well, we got rid of the Favorite’s folder because it appeared to not add value to the way users store bookmarks. However, we’ve built in new features so that if you were used to favoriting bookmarks, you can still add them to your stash. We will continue improving the experience on ReBrick and introduce more features every month.
