World War III devestated the landscape. Man has all but forgotten the advanced technologies used to destroy the civilization. Only a few people remain who have the ability to utilize the spare parts to create anything beneficial. Unfortunately the tech has reverted back to steam power. Here we find Dr. Wigglefarmer traversing the barren landscape in his mechanical steampunk octopus. Most folks just call him crazy legs, but he doesn't mind.
