I can only see my video that I entered for the contest if I am logged in my ReBrick account. Why is that?

Thank you for the bug report. You're right - it seems like the box is frozen - I will look into it immediately. In the mean time you can submit your brickfilm by pushing 'add bookmark' in the navigation bar or use the box on the front page of ReBrick. Follow the steps to bookmark the film and add it to the "Building Challenge" category.

Hello, I keep on trying to enter our brick film (my daughter is 13) however the enter your brick film box seems to be frozen or something. We are new to Rebrick so therefore don't know the ropes. Could anyone help us please? Thank you.

Hi LEGOBOSS741, it's due to international child safety laws. To submit content for a competition on a social media platform, a parental consent is needed if the individual is younger than 16. On ReBrick we do not have the possibility (the technical tools) for a parent to give consent and it's simply a technical issue, a tool that has not been developed for the platform. The LEGO Group is working on aligning parental consent features on all our online platforms, but at the moment this feature is not available on ReBrick. If however you wish to submit a video as part of a "team" with a user over the age of 16, that is a possibility - and in case the entry is selected as the winning entry it will be the adult, who wins the prize.
